Raisina Dialogue 2018, New Delhi, India, spoke on the panel, "The End of the Liberal Order: The Beginning of the Asian Century?" which was moderated by Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament & Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs, India with Stephen Harper, former Prime Minister of Canada; Ina Lepel, Director-General on Asia and the Pacific, Federal Foreign Office, Germany; James Carafano, Vice President, Foreign & Defense Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation; Igor Morgulov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Philippine Public Safety College, Quezon City, Philippines

Theresa Fallon spoke on "Maritime Security Challenges in Asia and Implications for Europe" before executives from government agencies under the Philippine Public Safety College of the Philippines. Ms Fallon was in Manila as a guest of the EU Delegation to the Philippines as part of its advocacy to generate better understanding of the EU and its roles and policies in the world in the region and in the country.
